Si accettano prenotazioni fino alle ore 17:00 del giorno che precede l'attività. Trascorso tale termine, anche se ricevi un messaggio di conferma automatico, non saremo in grado di confermare la tua prenotazione

Fino a 15 giorni prima del rimborso del 100%
Fino a 1 settimana prima del rimborso del 50%.
Da 7 a 1 giorno prima del rimborso dello 0%.
Cancellation Policies and Exceptions
At Tamarindo Diving we strive to offer the best possible experience. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Below are the details:
Cancellations due to Illness
Cancellations for health reasons will only be considered if accompanied by a medical certificate signed by a licensed professional. In these cases, we will evaluate the possibility of a refund or rescheduling depending on the notice period and availability.
Weather and Force Majeure
In the event of a storm, bad weather, or any other force majeure situation beyond our control, we reserve the right to postpone the tour to a later date that is safe and feasible.
Costa Rica is a destination where severe storms are infrequent. Most of the time we experience light or short-lived showers that do not prevent the tour from taking place. The final decision on whether the tour will operate can be made up until the last minute before departure, always prioritizing the safety of our clients and crew.
If it is not possible to reschedule on dates that suit the client, we will evaluate the possibility of a partial or full refund where appropriate.
Cancellation due to Insufficient Participants or Internal Company Issues
If we do not reach the minimum number of participants required, or if any internal operational issue arises, we will reschedule the tour for the following day (or the nearest available date).
If the client is unable to attend on the new proposed date, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
